Contoura® Vision Procedure

Contoura® Vision is the latest customisation technology from Wavelight. It analyses the topography maps of your cornea to design a customised vision correction treatment unique for you.

Open your eyes to a world without lenses

Contoura® Vision treatment is proven to reduce or eliminate the need for corrective eyewear. Following your customised treatment not only will you be able to open your eyes to a world unrestricted by glasses or contact lenses but you may also be able to enjoy improved night time driving, and ability to see further better.

How does Contoura® Vision compare to other laser surgery options?

Many vision treatments only treat your glasses prescription. Contoura® Vision technology allows for the vision correction treatment to be personalised, based on individualised mapping of the contours of your eye. The results have been outstanding with 93% of patients achieving 20/20 vision or better.

When combined with Phorcides planning software the benefits of Contoura are further enhanced. AELC routinely uses Phorcides planning for all Contoura cases.
